2. Bookings
2.1 All classes must be booked in advance via our website or booking app. Payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe - we never store your card details.
2.2 Due to limited class capacity, we cannot guarantee space for drop-in attendance without a confirmed booking.
2.3 Online bookings will automatically deduct one credit from your class pass, or charge your membership/card as applicable.
2.4 Class passes and credits are non-transferable and may not be resold. Each pass is assigned to one named individual.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer whose conduct is deemed unfit, or who has not complied with these Terms.
2.6 Prices are as stated on our website. Prices may change, but all bookings made prior to a price change will be honoured at the original price.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
3.1 Our standard cancellation window is 1hr before the start of the class. Cancellations made within this window will receive a credit back to their studio account.
3.2 Workshops and events (anything that is not a regular class) can only be refunded if we can find someone to take your place.
3.3 Cancellations made after the cancellation cutoff, or failure to attend ('no-show'), will result in the forfeiture of that class credit. No refund will be issued.
3.4 If a class is cancelled by OrangeYoga due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. teacher unavailability), a credit will be issued to all booked customers. We are not liable for any other costs incurred as a result of a class cancellation.
3.5 We will endeavour to provide a replacement teacher wherever possible. Where this is not possible, we will contact you by email as soon as practicable.
4. Class Passes & Expiry
4.1 Class passes have a fixed expiry date from the date of purchase, as stated at the time of purchase on our website.
4.2 Passes cannot be suspended, extended, or refunded once purchased, except at the discretion of the studio manager in exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or injury). Any request must be made in writing before the pass expires.
4.3 Unused credits on an expired pass will not be carried forward or refunded.
5. Memberships
5.1 Monthly memberships recur automatically every 30 days. By purchasing a membership, you authorise us to take recurring payments from your nominated payment method.
5.2 Memberships require a minimum commitment period of 30 days. After the minimum term, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
5.3 You can cancel your membership at any time on the ‘Passes’ section of your studio account.
5.4 Membership credits are for personal use only and cannot be shared.
6. Participation & Safety
6.1 You must inform the teacher before the start of each class of any current injuries or medical conditions - including each time you attend a class with a new teacher, and whether or not you feel it is relevant to your taking part. OrangeYoga and its teachers will take all reasonable care in teaching you, based on the information you provide.
6.2 You acknowledge that any physical activity can involve some risk of injury. You assume any such risk and accept responsibility for any injury sustained, and agree to discharge and hold harmless OrangeYoga and its teachers from any liability arising from any injury to yourself, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
6.3 The minimum age for attending adult classes is 16. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf before attending. Specific family or children's classes may have different age requirements as stated on the relevant class description.
7. Arrival & Studio Rules
7.1 Please arrive in good time, for the comfort and safety of all students.
7.2 Mobile phones should be switched to silent and stored away during class.
7.3 Please remove footwear before entering the studio.
7.4 Yoga mats are available to borrow from the studio. We recommend bringing your own mat for hygiene purposes.
7.5 You can store your own mat at the studio in one of the tubes, but we cannot be held responsible for any mat left at the studio.
8. Personal Belongings
8.1 You bring personal belongings to the studio entirely at your own risk. OrangeYoga does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence.
8.2 Storage space may be available at the studio, but is not supervised and is used at your own risk.
9. Behaviour & Conduct
9.1 OrangeYoga has a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, victimisation, discrimination, or any abusive behaviour - whether directed at teachers, staff, or other students. This applies in the studio, in writing, by phone, and on social media.
9.2 We reserve the right to exclude or expel any customer from the studio - including from future classes - if their conduct is deemed unacceptable. In such cases, no refund of class passes or membership fees will be issued.
9.3 All students are expected to show respect for the teaching space, fellow students, and the values of the yoga community.
10. Our Teachers
10.1 OrangeYoga's classes are taught by self-employed, professionally trained yoga teachers. Teachers are not employees of OrangeYoga.
10.2 We take great care in selecting and vetting teachers, but OrangeYoga is not responsible for the individual teaching methods or personal opinions expressed by teachers in class.
10.3 Teacher scheduling is subject to change. If your preferred teacher is unavailable, we will do our best to provide a suitable substitute. We cannot guarantee a specific teacher for any class.
12. Workshops & Special Events
12.1 If OrangeYoga cancels a workshop, a full refund or credit will be issued. We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred (e.g. travel).
12.2 If a workshop or course is moved to a different date, you will be notified as soon as possible and may choose to transfer your booking or receive a credit.
13. Liability
13.1 To the extent permitted by law, OrangeYoga's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
13.2 We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of income, loss of profit, or loss of anticipated savings.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.4 Our classes are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We are not liable for any business losses arising from your attendance.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 All content on our website - including text, images, videos, timetables, and course materials - is the intellectual property of OrangeYoga or our teachers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.
15. Complaints
15.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance by emailing [your email]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
15.2 If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under these Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OrangeYoga in relation to your use of our services. No other representations, warranties, or agreements apply unless confirmed in writing by us.
